Gingling HoleSaturday, 5 December 2009 Excellent, albeit quick, trip down gingling hole and the big pitch route. Conditions underground were a lot better than expected given the water levels but with more rain expected later in the day and overnight we didn't hang around too long. Didn't really notice much difference in water levels compared to last couple of trips in here, except for last 25m or so of big pitch which was tad moist but not too bad. Definitely one of my fav trips - really varied, nice streamway, crackin' pitches and the superb fools paradise!2.5 - 3hr trip. Followed by a very pleasant evening in t'crown! :-D |
